- We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising tracking.
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment details.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide
The App allows you to enter and store information locally on your device, including:
- Property listings and details
- Photos attached to listings
- Client names and notes (optional)
- Bookings and reminders (optional)
- Contract text and signatures (if you use the contracts feature)
This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to external servers by default.
b) Automatically collected information
The App does not collect personal data for advertising or tracking purposes. Apple may collect limited information related to App Store purchases and subscriptions. This information is handled by Apple according to Apple’s privacy practices. We do not have access to your payment details.
2. Subscriptions
AgentFlow Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
The App does not store or process payment information.
3. How We Use Information
Information stored in the App is used solely to:
- Manage and search property listings
- Share listings with clients (e.g., via WhatsApp or the iOS share sheet)
- Schedule bookings and reminders
- Generate contracts and PDFs (if enabled)
The App does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
4. Notifications
The App may use local notifications to remind you about scheduled bookings.
- Notifications are generated locally on your device.
- No notification data is sent to external servers.
- Notifications are only enabled with your consent.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored locally on your device.
- The App does not require account creation.
- If you delete the App, locally stored data is removed from the device (subject to iOS backup settings).
You are responsible for protecting your device (e.g., passcode/Face ID) and managing backups if needed.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or tracking services.
Apple services are used only for App distribution and subscription/payment processing. These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
7. User Rights & Control
- You can edit or delete listings, bookings, and contracts at any time within the App.
- You can disable notifications in your device settings.
- You can cancel subscriptions through your App Store account.
- If you uninstall the App, locally stored data is removed (subject to iOS backup settings).
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and no information is knowingly collected from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
